Sarge has participated in hundreds of design reviews, and knows what to look for to prevent trouble down the road.  Sarge is adept at spotting things such as incomplete test plans, poor Verilog coding styles, and troublesome coverage models. Finding these issues in the review process prevents much more work finding them later down the line.

Poor documentation leads to poor designs.  Sarge knows the importance of good documentation that is easy to read and easy to understand.  He’s been educated in technical writing, and makes sure the important points are well noted in the documentation. 

Sarge has instructed numerous engineers throughout his career, and thoroughly enjoys teaching. Whether it be instructing some industry veterans on an HVL, or teaching some new grads about the overall design process, Sarge is there to help get your team up to speed.

In his full time and consulting employment, Sarge has been a manager of several teams, and knows how to maximize the talents of each of the engineers.
